I Swear This Time I Mean It - Mayday Parade

I swept my bangs off of my forehead and took a look in the mirror. I decided to add a big colorful necklace to make the simple black dress that I was wearing, more eye catching.

Alex's arms wrapped around me from behind, looking into the mirror. Even in the reflection, his eyes were so powerful, and hard to stare at. He rested his chin on my shoulder and he kissed my cheek.

"You look great. Are you ready to go?"

"Thanks and yes I am. Where are we going, again?" I asked.

"I'm not really sure," Alex admitted, "Travis said we would really like it there and that him and his girlfriend go there all the time."

"Oh." I said.

He grabbed my hand we went out to the car. I found a radio station that played current pop music. Bad Romance by Lady Gaga was playing.

"Gaga oh la la! Rah rah oh la la!" Alex sang completely off key.

I laughed, "If you're going to sing like that, you're not going to have any fans!"

"I would. My good looks keep them here." He said.

I rolled my eyes, "You're never going to grow up."

"You better get used to it! I'm going to still be touring when I'm fifty and still be rocking out to Poppin', you'll see!"

The image that came into my head wasn't welcome. I was sure it was Alex, because I could pick out his eyes in the sea of a million brown eyes. They still managed to pick up the shine from the stage lights. He was wearing a Glamour Kills shirt and very tight skinny jeans. His perfectly messed up bed head hair was almost completely gone and most of his forehead was visible.

My jaw slowly dropped and Alex looked at me and asked, "What?"

"You're not touring when you're fifty, Alex. You'll hurt yourself." I said.

"Sure I will be. Jack will still be as horny as he is now." Alex joked.

I laughed, forgetting the image in my head, "That's true."

We pulled into the parking lot and it was pretty full. I took that as a good sign.

A very attractive guy opened the door for us. His smile was so bright against his olive colored skin. I opened my mouth to smile, but Alex's hand jerked me forward, knocking me out of my daydream.

Before Alex could look at me to react, I heard a guy's voice yell, "Alex!"

Soon enough, he was running towards us. Travis's long arms squeezed Alex in a tight hug, almost knocking him over. People standing closely turned to see what the commotion was about.

"How are you, man?" Travis asked, still hugging Alex.

"We're okay!" Alex grinned, not wanting to talk about the reason why we were here.

He looked and saw me standing there, off to the side.

"You must be Heidi." Travis said, and hugged me tightly, like we had been old friends.

"Yes, I am. I've heard a lot about you, Travis." I said.

A tall girl walked up beside Travis. He immediately wrapped both arms around his shoulders and kissed her temple lightly. She had pale skin, bright blue eyes, and medium brown hair. She smiled timidly at us.

"Heidi, Alex, this is my girlfriend, Macy." Travis said, smiling brightly.

"Pleasure to finally meet you." Alex said, extending his hand.

She took it and shook it, "You too."

I did the same. I smiled at her and she quickly returned the smile.

The hostess told us our table was ready. She walked us to our table, set down our menus, and said that our server would be with us soon.

Alex pulled the chair out for me and I sat down and said, "Thanks."

Travis quickly did the same for Macy and grinned at Alex.

"It's been too long, Alex. We haven't had a tour together in such a long time, it's insane!" He complained.

"Absolutely! We should definitely try and get one together if it's possible. Alex said.

"You know what would make me love you?" Travis asked.

"Fuck. What?" Alex asked.

"You should come to the show tomorrow night with Heidi and sing a few songs with me, just to surprise your Florida fans would wouldn't be expecting anything." Travis asked with a hopeful grin on his face.

"You would probably tell everyone that I masturbate every night if I said no to you, so yes." Ales said. I couldn't tell if it was something he really wanted to do or if he wanted to please his friend.

"Wooooooooooo!" Travis yelled a little too loudly.

Macy covered her face, because she was embarrassed. Even though she did that, I could tell both of them were crazy about each other.

"You're really quiet tonight." Travis observed.

"Well," Macy began, flashing her eyes towards Alex for a split second, "You didn't tell me that we were having dinner with Alex Gaskarth."

"He's only a person with great hair. Nothing special." Travis joked, but Alex raised his arms with a look on his face that said, "What was that for!?"

We were all laughing when our waiter came up to the table, "Hello, my name is Chris. I'll be your server this evening. Can I start you off with some drinks?" I looked into those blue-gray eyes that still had hurt left in them from earlier. 

Chris isn't going down without a fight! >:D

yeah, he's still going to try and cause something! :O

And Macy from boysdontcry14 is where "Macy" is from. :D I bet she's surprised right nowww. (:

I wrote this in the car and it was 7 pages long, so i thought it would be long enough,. i guess not. ohh well.

MY BIRTHDAY IS TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!
